This property features a sauna and a jet bath. In addition, towels, toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, air conditioner, and washing machine are provided. A BBQ set (gas-canister type) is also available.
サウナ・ジェットバス利用約款Sauna & Jet Bath — Terms of Use
本約款は、森響＆サウナハウス那須（以下「当施設」）に設置されたサウナ室およびジェットバス（以下「本設備」）のご利用条件を定めるものです。本設備をご利用の方（以下「利用者」）は、本約款に同意のうえご利用いただきます。
第1条（適用）
1. 本約款は、本設備の利用に関し利用者と当施設との間に適用されます。
2. 本設備を利用した場合、本約款のすべてに同意したものとみなします。
第2条（予約・料金）
1. 完全予約制とし、宿泊日の1週間前までにご予約ください。
2. 利用料金は1回5,000円（税込）とし、宿泊料金とは別に申し受けます。
3. キャンセル・変更は当施設のキャンセルポリシーに準じます。
第3条（ご利用いただけない方）
安全確保のため、次のいずれかに該当する方はご利用いただけません。
(1) 飲酒・酒気帯びの方 (2) 妊娠中の方 (3) 心臓病・高血圧・低血圧・糖尿病・てんかん等の疾患のある方（医師の許可がある場合を除く） (4) 発熱・体調不良の方 (5) 感染症・皮膚疾患等のある方 (6) 医師にサウナ・入浴を禁じられている方 (7) その他当施設が不適当と判断した方
第4条（お子様のご利用）
12歳未満のお子様は、保護者が同伴し常時監督してください。安全確保・事故防止は保護者の責任とします。
第5条（遵守事項）
(1) こまめな水分補給 (2) 体調異変時は直ちに中止 (3) 長時間の連続利用を避ける (4) 高温部（ストーブ・ヒーター等）に触れない (5) 濡れた床での転倒注意 (6) 温度・機器設定を無断で変更しない (7) 飲食物・可燃物・電子機器等を持ち込まない (8) 定員を超えない (9) 利用後は電源・設定を元に戻す (10) スタッフの指示・掲示に従う
第6条（禁止事項）
(1) 飲酒後・酩酊状態での利用 (2) 危険行為・迷惑行為 (3) 機器の分解・改造・故意の破損 (4) ロウリュ等、当施設が許可しない使用 (5) 定められた方法以外での利用
第7条（免責）
1. 本設備はご自身の健康状態を確認のうえ、自己の責任においてご利用ください。
2. 体調管理の不足、本約款・注意事項の不遵守、または利用者の故意・過失に起因する事故・体調不良・傷害等について、当施設は責任を負いません。
3. ただし、当施設の故意または重大な過失による場合はこの限りではありません。
4. 貴重品はご自身で管理いただき、盗難・紛失について当施設は責任を負いません。
第8条（損害賠償）
1. 故意または過失により本設備・建物・備品等を損傷・汚損した場合、修繕・原状回復に要する実費を申し受けます。
2. 不適切な使用による故障も同様とします。
3. 本約款違反または指示不履行により生じた損害は、利用者の負担とします。
第9条（利用の中止）
本約款違反、または他のお客様・近隣への迷惑と当施設が判断した場合、ご利用の中止をお願いすることがあります。この場合、利用料金の返金は行いません。
第10条（改定）
当施設は、必要に応じて本約款を改定することができます。
附則 本約款は2026年7月30日より施行します。

These Terms govern the use of the sauna room and jet bath (the "Facilities") at Morihibiki & Sauna House Nasu (the "Property"). By using the Facilities, the user agrees to these Terms.
Art. 1 (Application)
These Terms apply between the user and the Property. Using the Facilities constitutes agreement to all of these Terms.
Art. 2 (Reservation & Fee)
Reservation only, at least one week before the stay. The fee is 5,000 yen (incl. tax) per use, charged separately from the accommodation fee. Cancellations/changes follow the Property's cancellation policy.
Art. 3 (Persons who may not use)
For safety, the Facilities may not be used by anyone who: (1) has consumed alcohol or is intoxicated; (2) is pregnant; (3) has heart disease, high/low blood pressure, diabetes, epilepsy or similar conditions (unless permitted by a physician); (4) has a fever or is unwell; (5) has an infectious disease or skin condition affecting others; (6) has been advised by a physician not to use saunas/baths; or (7) is otherwise deemed unsuitable by the Property.
Art. 4 (Children)
Children under 12 must be accompanied and supervised by a guardian at all times; ensuring their safety is the guardian's responsibility.
Art. 5 (Rules)
Stay hydrated; stop immediately if unwell; avoid prolonged continuous use; do not touch hot surfaces (stove/heater); beware of slipping on wet floors; do not change temperature/equipment settings without permission; do not bring food, drink, flammable items or electronics into the sauna; do not exceed capacity; restore power/settings after use; and follow staff instructions and posted notices.
Art. 6 (Prohibited acts)
Use after drinking or while intoxicated; dangerous or disturbing acts; dismantling, modifying or intentionally damaging equipment; löyly (pouring water on the stones) or any use not permitted by the Property; and use other than as prescribed.
Art. 7 (Disclaimer)
Use the Facilities at your own risk after confirming your health condition. The Property is not liable for accidents, illness, injury or death arising from the user's poor health management, breach of these Terms/notices, or willful misconduct/negligence, except in cases of the Property's willful misconduct or gross negligence. Users are responsible for their own valuables.
Art. 8 (Damages)
Users bear the actual repair/restoration costs for any damage or soiling of the Facilities, building or fixtures caused by willful misconduct or negligence, including malfunctions from improper use, and for damage arising from breach of these Terms or failure to follow instructions.
Art. 9 (Suspension of use)
If the user breaches these Terms or is deemed to disturb other guests or neighbors, the Property may request that use be stopped; no refund will be given in such cases.
Art. 10 (Amendment)
The Property may amend these Terms as necessary.

＜使い方＞
1. 左下の🔥ボタンでヒーターを入れます（温まりまで約15〜30分）。
2. 🌡を押し、－／＋で温度を設定（目安70〜90℃）、MENUで確定します。
3. 🕐を押し、－／＋で運転時間を設定します（時間経過で自動停止）。
4. 💡照明・🌀換気は各ボタンで入切します。
5. 終了は🔥ボタンをもう一度押します。ご退室時は電源をお切りください。

・【覆い掛け禁止】ヒーターの上や周囲に物を置いたり覆ったりしないでください（火災の原因）。
