Payment is completed at the time of purchase and billed according to your card issuer's cycle.
Delivery of services
Sauna and jet bath use, firewood handover and surfboard rental are provided on site on the date of use.
Cancellation and refunds
As these are on-site services and consumable goods, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds after payment. If we are unable to provide the service for reasons on our side, we will refund the full amount.
