Payment

1. Use is not permitted after drinking alcohol or when unwell.

2. If you have a heart condition, high or low blood pressure, are pregnant, or have other health concerns, please consult a doctor beforehand.

3. Drink water regularly and keep sessions short to avoid heat stress and dehydration.

4. Do not touch the stove or heater. Pouring water (loyly) must follow the instructions given at the facility.

5. Children of elementary school age and under must be accompanied by a guardian.

6. Floors are slippery. Please do not run inside the bath or sauna room.

7. The facility is booked for private use by time slot. Overrunning may incur an additional charge.

8. We are not liable for accidents or ill health during use, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence.

9. If equipment or fittings are damaged, you will be charged the repair cost or market value.

1. This rental is for staying guests only. Lending or subletting the board to others is not permitted.

2. Surfing involves risk. You decide whether to go in the water at your own responsibility, and must stop if the sea, weather or your condition is in doubt.

3. Use after drinking alcohol, or when unwell, is not permitted.

4. Persons under 18 require the consent and accompaniment of a guardian.

5. We are not liable for accidents, injury or drowning during use, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence. We recommend personal accident insurance.

6. If the board or leash is damaged or lost, you will be charged the repair cost or the market value (normal wear excepted).

7. Please collect and return the board at the designated time and place. Late return may incur an additional charge.

8. Please rinse off sand and seawater at the designated place before returning the board.

9. Please follow local rules and the law, including swimming and fishery zones.

1. Fires may only be made in the designated fire pit, stove or marked area. Fires directly on the ground are prohibited.

2. Keep water at hand and extinguish the fire completely before leaving the area or going to bed.

3. Do not light a fire in strong wind, or when a dryness or fire warning is in force.

4. Never leave a fire unattended. Children may not tend a fire on their own.

5. Damage to tents, clothing or vehicles from sparks is the customer's responsibility.

6. Dispose of ash and remains only in the designated ash pit - never on the ground or into drains.

7. Firewood may not be taken off site or resold.

8. We are not liable for burns, fire or property damage, except where caused by our intent or gross negligence. You are responsible for damage you cause to the facility or to third parties.
